Pipe fitting

We supply pipe fitters for process, utility and engine room systems, instrument fitters for small-bore work, and workshop crews who prefabricate spools on fitting tables. We work from isometric drawings and 3D models, and the dimensions are checked before the welder arrives.

• Process and utility piping in carbon steel and stainless steel, small bore to large bore
• Copper piping and Blücher stainless drainage systems
• Hydraulic piping and tubing, flushed before commissioning
• Instrument fitting: small-bore tubing, impulse lines and instrument hook-ups
• Marine piping: engine room and system piping on newbuilds and repair
• Spool prefabrication on fitting tables, marked and traceable to the drawing
• Complete systems routed and installed on board and on site
• Fit-up, alignment and dimensional control before welding, flange assembly and support during pressure testing
