Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)

Quality is what you can prove afterwards. We inspect piping and steel structures and leave documentation that holds up when the client, the surveyor or the auditor asks for it.

  • Piping and steel structure verification
  • Traceability down to the individual weld
  • Support at client and third-party hold and witness points
  • Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) with hold, witness and review points agreed before work starts
  • Quality system certified to ISO 9001 by DNV; welding coordination organised to EN ISO 3834-2
  • Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) assembled as the work goes, not at the end
